Membership Fees

Our membership fee covers access to your provider and primary-care services, not per-visit charges. There are no surprise bills or copays for routine visits.

• $100 enrollment fee (one-time)

• $50 per month for ongoing direct primary care

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is not health insurance. We recommend that patients maintain separate health insurance for hospitalizations, surgeries, and specialist care.

Cancellation Policy

A 30-day notice is commonly used in DPC programs to cancel your membership, allowing time to wrap up ongoing care and update your medical record.
